Step 02 — Renfrew County
We confirm the format and dates
Our advertising desk confirms run dates, the pages or episodes your placement appears on, and what creative material we need from you.
Step 03 — Deep River
Your placement goes live
Community board text, podcast reads or partnership content run on the agreed schedule, editorially separate from our news coverage.
Step 04 — Garrison Petawawa
You receive a closing summary
At the end of the run you get a short written summary of what appeared and when — the same reporting style for every placement, regardless of size.

- A host-read script (podcast sponsors) — or we draft one for your approval.
- Billing contact — for the invoice tied to your booking.
METHOD
How we keep it consistent
Every placement follows the same process
We keep advertising and editorial content clearly separated: sponsor credits are labelled as such, and community board listings sit in their own section of the site. The same booking desk that confirms your dates also proofs your creative before anything runs.
Because the rate card is fixed, every advertiser pays the published price for a given placement — there is no separate negotiated rate for community board listings, podcast sponsorships or the six-week partnership.

Do you only sell advertising to businesses inside Petawawa itself?
No — our coverage runs across Petawawa, Pembroke, Renfrew County, Deep River and the Algonquin edge, so advertisers from anywhere in that area are welcome.
Can I choose which podcast episodes my sponsorship appears in?
The Seasonal Podcast Series Sponsorship covers all four episodes of the current season, with one host read per episode and opening credits throughout.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Each of our three placements is a fixed, self-contained booking — a two-week board listing, a four-episode sponsorship or a six-week partnership. There is no ongoing subscription.
